Your Daily Bread, a trade name of The House of Your Daily Bread Markets, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Your Daily Bread," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the Your Daily Bread website and digital subscription service (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase through the Services or otherwise communicate with us. The Services are powered by Shopify, which enables us to deliver the Services to you. If there is a conflict between our Terms & Conditions and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described here.

1. Personal Information We Collect

"Personal information" refers to information that identifies, or can reasonably be linked to, you. Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect or process: (1) Contact details: name, billing address, email address. (2) Financial information: payment card information, payment method details, transaction details, payment confirmations. Payment card numbers are processed by our payment processor and are not stored by us directly. (3) Account information: username, password, account preferences and settings, and the stocks and industry groups you choose to follow. (4) Transaction information: the subscriptions you purchase, modify, pause, resume, or cancel, and your billing history with us. (5) Communications: the information you include when you contact us, such as in support inquiries or feedback messages. (6) Device information: information about your device, browser, network connection, IP address, and similar identifiers. (7) Usage information: information about how you interact with and navigate the Services and how you arrive at them (such as the ad, link, or campaign that referred you), collected through cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies. (8) Loyalty and rewards information: purchase history and rewards activity, collected through a third-party application we use to operate our rewards program.

2. How We Collect Personal Information

We collect personal information from the following sources:

• Directly from you, when you create an account, subscribe, contact us, or otherwise provide information.
• Automatically through the Services, including through your device when you use the Services and through cookies and similar technologies.
• From service providers we engage to deliver the Services, who collect or process information on our behalf.

3. How We Use Your Personal Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

• Providing the Services: creating and managing your account, processing your subscription payments, delivering the daily report by email, sending account and subscription notifications, providing customer support, and otherwise fulfilling our obligations to you.
• Improving the Services: understanding how subscribers interact with the Services so we can improve report content, delivery, and the website experience.
• Communicating with you: responding to your inquiries, sending service-related announcements, and maintaining our business relationship.
• Marketing and promotional emails: sending occasional promotional communications by email. You may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Opting out of marketing emails does not stop transactional or account-related emails.
• Advertising and marketing: measuring the performance of our advertising campaigns on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok, attributing subscriptions and site visits to those campaigns, and, where permitted, building advertising audiences so that ads for the Services can be shown to people likely to be interested in them, as described in Section 5.
• Security and fraud prevention: authenticating your account, providing a secure payment experience, detecting and investigating fraudulent or unauthorized activity, and protecting the integrity of the Services.
• Legal reasons: complying with applicable law, responding to valid legal process, enforcing our Terms & Conditions, and protecting our rights and the rights of our users.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of the advertising services described in Section 5 may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some U.S. state privacy laws. You can opt out of that processing at any time, as described in Sections 12 and 13.

4. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose your personal information to third parties only for legitimate business purposes related to operating, delivering, and promoting the Services. Except for the advertising activities described in Section 5, we do not share your personal information with third parties for those parties' own marketing or advertising purposes.

Categories of third parties we may share personal information with include:

• Shopify, our e-commerce platform and storefront provider, which processes account, transaction, and usage data necessary to operate the storefront.
• Subscription management and email delivery providers we use to manage recurring billing and to deliver the daily report and account notifications to you.
• Payment processors who securely process subscription payments.
• Analytics and security service providers who help us understand usage and protect the Services from abuse.
• Advertising partners, currently Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok, which receive the categories of information described in Section 5 for ad measurement, audience building, and the delivery of our ads on their platforms.
• Loyalty, rewards, and other Shopify App Store integrations we use to operate the Services, which may process your information according to their own privacy practices in addition to performing services on our behalf.
• Affiliated parties or business partners with whom we have an operational relationship (such as referral or affiliate arrangements), used solely for legitimate business purposes related to the Services.
• Legal and regulatory authorities, when required by law, valid legal process, or in connection with the investigation or enforcement of our rights or the rights of others.
• Successors in interest, in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

The Content delivered through the Services is produced using a defined analytical methodology designed and maintained by Your Daily Bread, applied to publicly available market data. The methodology incorporates technical indicators, statistical calculations, and historical data patterns. Automation is used to generate the daily report consistently and on schedule.

Where you select individual stocks or industry groups to follow ("Picks") through your account portal, the Services use that selection to determine which additional securities are included in your report. This selection does not alter the underlying methodology, scoring, or analysis applied to any security. Other than this selection of which securities to display, the same analytical methodology and Content are applied and delivered to all subscribers, and the methodology operates on market data, not on your personal information. The Services do not engage in profiling that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you within the meaning of applicable data protection laws.

7. Relationship with Shopify

The Services are hosted by Shopify. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and processed by Shopify and its sub-processors, which may be located in countries other than where you reside, in order to provide and improve the Services. Shopify may also use certain data and information obtained from your interactions with our store and other Shopify merchants to provide enhanced platform features. In those circumstances, Shopify is responsible for the processing of your personal information for those purposes. 8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and secure the Services. Cookies fall into the following general categories:

• Strictly necessary cookies, which are required for the Services to function (such as authentication and shopping cart cookies). These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
• Functional cookies, which remember your preferences and improve your experience.
• Analytics cookies, which help us understand how the Services are used so we can improve them.
• Advertising cookies, which we and our advertising partners use to measure the performance of our ads, attribute subscriptions to campaigns, and deliver ads for the Services on other platforms, as described in Section 5.

Shopify, the third-party applications we use (including our rewards and loyalty program), our analytics providers, and our advertising partners may set cookies as part of operating the Services and our advertising. Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies, including advertising cookies, are set only after you consent through the cookie banner on the Services, and you can change your preferences there at any time.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect your ability to use parts of the Services.

The Services may include links to websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of any third-party site. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

10. Children's Data

The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below and we will take steps to delete it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, but no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security." Payment card information is processed by our payment processor and is not stored on our systems.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations (including financial and tax recordkeeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it in accordance with our retention schedules.

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights with respect to your personal information:

• Right to access or know what personal information we hold about you.
• Right to delete personal information we hold about you.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right of portability to receive a copy of your personal information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

You can exercise this right at any time through the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on the Services, by using a browser or extension that broadcasts the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor, or by contacting us using the details below. This right applies under the CCPA and under the comprehensive privacy laws of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other states that provide an opt out of targeted advertising.
• Right to manage email communications: you may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link. We may still send you non-promotional emails relating to your account or subscription.

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, typically by confirming the email address associated with your account. We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. 13. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

This section provides additional information for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA").

Categories of personal information collected. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have collected the following categories of personal information identified in the CCPA, all as described in Section 1 of this Privacy Policy: identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet or other electronic network activity information, geolocation data (general only, derived from IP address), and inferences drawn from the foregoing.

Sources, purposes, and disclosures. The sources from which we collect personal information, the purposes for which we use it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it for business purposes are described in Sections 2, 3, 4, and 5 of this Privacy Policy.

Sale and sharing. We do not "sell" your personal information for monetary consideration. However, like most businesses that advertise online, we "share" certain personal information (identifiers, internet or other electronic network activity information, and commercial information) with the advertising partners described in Section 5 for cross-context behavioral advertising, as that term is defined under the CCPA. You have the right to opt out of this sharing at any time through the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on the Services or by enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we honor. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require us to offer a "Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information" under the CCPA.

Your CCPA rights. California residents have the rights to know, access, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing, as set out in Section 12 of this Privacy Policy. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

14. European, United Kingdom, and EEA Residents (GDPR)

This section provides additional information for residents of the European Economic Area ("EEA"), the United Kingdom ("UK"), and Switzerland under the General Data Protection Regulation and equivalent UK and Swiss laws (collectively, "GDPR").

Data Controller. The data controller responsible for your personal information is Your Daily Bread, with operating contact information set out in Section 17 below. Your Daily Bread is established in the United States and does not have an EU or UK establishment. Where required, an EU or UK representative may be designated; until one is designated, you may direct GDPR-related inquiries to the contact information below.

Legal bases for processing. We process your personal information on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract: processing necessary to provide the Services, manage your subscription, deliver the daily report, and respond to your inquiries.
• Legal obligation: processing necessary to comply with applicable law, including financial, tax, and recordkeeping requirements.
• Legitimate interests: processing necessary for our legitimate interests in operating, improving, and securing the Services, preventing fraud, and communicating with you about service-related matters, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
• Consent: processing for certain marketing communications, non-essential cookies, and the advertising activities described in Section 5, including the setting of advertising cookies and pixels. In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, advertising cookies and pixels are set only if you consent through the cookie banner on the Services. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Your GDPR rights. Subject to certain conditions and exceptions, you have the right to: access your personal information; request correction or erasure; restrict or object to certain processing; request portability of personal information you have provided; withdraw any consent you have given; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. International transfers. Your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our service providers (including Shopify) are located. We rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum or UK International Data Transfer Agreement, where applicable), unless the transfer is to a jurisdiction that has been determined to provide an adequate level of protection.

Cooling-off period and digital service waiver. If you are an EU, UK, or EEA consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a digital service contract. By subscribing and accessing the first report after subscription, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the Services and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We may transfer, store, and process your personal information outside the country in which you live, including in the United States. Where required by applicable law, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses (and equivalent UK transfer mechanisms), unless the transfer is to a country that has been determined to provide an adequate level of protection.
