Terms of Service
Welcome to Your Daily Bread. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Your Daily Bread website, content, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). "Your Daily Bread" is a trade name of The House of Your Daily Bread Markets, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (referred to in these Terms as "Your Daily Bread," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER (SECTION 24) THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED.
1. The Service
Your Daily Bread provides a subscription-based market analysis newsletter focused on U.S. equities and related financial markets (the "Content"). The Content is delivered electronically by email, typically before U.S. market open on active trading days. The Services also include periodic supplemental publications, such as the Weekly Performance Report delivered on Sundays, which reviews the historical price behavior of securities previously featured in the Content and provides forward-looking reference calendars of upcoming market events. References to the "Content" in these Terms include these supplemental publications. Your Daily Bread is a digital service. No physical products are shipped.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Services. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. International Subscribers
The Services are operated from the United States and are designed primarily for subscribers located in the United States. Your Daily Bread does not actively target subscribers in any specific jurisdiction outside the United States.
If you access or subscribe to the Services from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and at your own risk. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and tax obligations in your jurisdiction. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Your Daily Bread makes no representation that the Services or the Content are appropriate, available, or legal for use in any particular location outside the United States;
- Your Daily Bread is not registered, licensed, or authorized to provide investment advisory services in any jurisdiction. The Content is, and remains, educational and informational regardless of subscriber location;
- You are responsible for any taxes (including value-added taxes), customs duties, or other charges applicable to your subscription under the laws of your jurisdiction, except where Your Daily Bread is required by law to collect them on your behalf;
- You waive any claim that the Services constitute the unauthorized provision of regulated financial services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Your Daily Bread reserves the right to limit the availability of the Services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction at any time and at its sole discretion.
The Services are not available to any person or entity located in, or who is a national or resident of, any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. trade sanctions, or who is listed on any U.S. government restricted-party list, including the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals list. By subscribing, you represent that you are not such a person or entity.
4. Account Registration
To access the Services, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Your Daily Bread immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
The Services are offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize Your Daily Bread (and its payment processors) to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle, at the price disclosed at the time of purchase, until you cancel. Subscription fees, billing intervals, and any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout.
You may cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. You will continue to receive the Content through the end of that cycle. We do not offer free trials. New subscribers are covered by a one-time 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee as described in Section 6 and the Refund Policy. Full subscription management details are set out in the Subscription Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Refunds; 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are a first-time subscriber, you may request a full refund of your initial subscription charge by emailing headchef@yourdailybread.ai within thirty (30) days of the date of that charge. The guarantee is available one (1) time per person and per household, applies to your first subscription only, and does not apply to reactivations, repeat subscriptions, or any billing cycle after the initial charge. The refund equals the amount actually paid for the initial charge, including where a promotional or introductory discount applied. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within five (5) to ten (10) business days. When a guarantee refund is issued, the subscription is canceled and delivery of the Content stops.
No Other Refunds. Apart from the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, all subscription fees are non-refundable. Because the Content is delivered electronically and access to each report is provided on a scheduled basis throughout the billing cycle, no refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated credits are issued for unused days within a billing period, including in cases of cancellation. Full details are in the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. This Section does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
7. Nature of the Service: Educational Content Only
Your Daily Bread provides market analysis, financial data commentary, and educational content. The Content is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing contained in any report, email, webpage, or communication from Your Daily Bread constitutes, or should be construed as, investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other form of professional advice.
Your Daily Bread is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or financial analyst under any federal or state securities law, including the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. The Content does not constitute a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any security, financial instrument, or investment product of any kind.
7A. Errors and Corrections
Your Daily Bread takes reasonable steps to identify and correct material errors in the Content's analytical output. If you identify what you believe to be a material error, you may notify Your Daily Bread at headchef@yourdailybread.ai. Where Your Daily Bread determines, in its discretion, that a material error has occurred within its own methodology or its application, as distinct from errors originating in third-party data, which are addressed in Section 15, Your Daily Bread will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the error in a subsequent report or through a notice on the Services.
This Section does not create an obligation to issue retroactive corrections, recall or amend previously delivered reports, compensate any subscriber for an error, or correct errors that are immaterial or that result from the inherent limitations of the methodology disclosed in Section 8. Any correction issued under this Section is provided as a courtesy and does not expand Your Daily Bread's liability beyond what is set out in Section 19 (Limitation of Liability and Time Limitation on Claims), which remains your sole and exclusive remedy.
8. Methodology and Automated Analysis
The Content is produced by applying a defined analytical methodology, designed and maintained by Your Daily Bread, to publicly available market data. The methodology incorporates technical indicators, statistical analysis, and historical data patterns. While automation tools are used to generate the Content efficiently and consistently each trading day, the analytical framework, scoring systems, and interpretive choices reflect the editorial decisions of Your Daily Bread.
You acknowledge that automated analysis carries inherent limitations. The methodology applies the same analytical framework across a broad universe of securities and is not adjusted to reflect individual circumstances, qualitative judgments about specific companies, or real-time news. The Content reflects the methodology's output as of the time of publication and may not reflect events occurring after publication. Your Daily Bread makes no representation that the methodology will produce accurate, complete, or actionable results in any particular case.
Your Daily Bread's analytical methodology, including its technical indicators, scoring systems, and statistical calculations, is rules-based and deterministic. It is not generated or exercised in real time by an artificial intelligence model making independent judgments about any security. Your Daily Bread uses artificial intelligence and large language model tools in the development, maintenance, and improvement of the software that implements this methodology. Your Daily Bread's third-party data providers may also use automated processes, including artificial intelligence, in the collection, processing, or delivery of market data. Your Daily Bread does not control, and makes no representation regarding, those processes.
9. No Reliance
You acknowledge that the Content is intended solely to increase your understanding of financial markets, market mechanisms, and market-related events. You agree not to rely on the Content as the basis for any investment, trading, or financial decision. All investment decisions are made solely at your own risk and discretion. You are strongly encouraged to consult with a licensed financial professional before making any investment, trading, or financial decision.
Your Daily Bread's relationship with you is limited to providing the Content as described in these Terms. Nothing in the Content or these Terms creates a fiduciary, advisory, or agency relationship between you and Your Daily Bread.
10. Your Stocks and Industry Groups; Limited Personalization
Through your account portal, you may select up to three (3) individual stocks and three (3) industry groups to follow (your "Picks"). Where you do so, the Content delivered to you includes analysis of your Picks alongside the Content delivered to all subscribers. This is the only respect in which the Content is personalized: Your Daily Bread does not tailor the underlying analytical methodology, scoring system, or any interpretation to your individual financial situation, investment experience, risk tolerance, time horizon, tax position, or any other personal circumstance, and selecting Picks does not constitute, and should not be construed as, individualized investment advice or a recommendation regarding those securities.
You may change or clear your Picks at any time through your account portal. Changes are reflected in your report within approximately one to two active trading days, similar to the onboarding timeline for new subscribers. Your Daily Bread will notify you if a Pick cannot be processed, for example because the security is not a supported type for that category (such as submitting an exchange-traded fund in the individual-stock category) or because sufficient data is not available for it. Your Daily Bread does not guarantee that any selected security or industry group will be available, supported, or covered with the same depth as securities appearing elsewhere in the Content.
If your subscription is canceled, paused, or expires, your Picks are retained as described in the Privacy Policy and resume populating your report if your subscription is reactivated, unless you request earlier deletion.
11. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Completeness
While Your Daily Bread endeavors to provide accurate and timely information, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or suitability of the Content for any purpose. Financial data, market prices, and other information included in the Content are sourced from third parties and may be subject to delays, errors, or omissions. Your Daily Bread is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the Content, or for any losses or damages arising from reliance on the Content.
Your Daily Bread takes reasonable steps to source data from established providers and to apply its methodology consistently, but accuracy cannot be guaranteed in every instance. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors introduced by third-party providers, technical issues, or the limitations inherent in automated processing, and Your Daily Bread does not warrant that any figure, score, or statistic presented in the Content is free of such error.
THE SERVICES AND THE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOUR DAILY BREAD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. YOUR DAILY BREAD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
12. Past Performance Disclaimer
Any references to historical market data, past stock performance, prior market events, recovery rates, or previous analytical observations included in the Content are provided for educational context only. Past performance of any security, index, market, strategy, or analytical method is not indicative of future results. No representation is made that any subscriber will achieve any particular outcome based on the Content.
Recovery rates, post-split performance, and similar historical statistics presented in the Content describe how securities with comparable characteristics have behaved in the past under the criteria of Your Daily Bread's methodology. These statistics are observational and backward-looking. They are not predictions, do not account for every variable that may affect a security's future performance, and provide no assurance that any current or future security will follow a similar pattern.
This Section applies equally to the Weekly Performance Report, which presents the historical price behavior of securities previously featured in the Content, measured after past publication dates. Those figures describe what occurred in the past. They are not an indication of future results, of the future performance of any security, or of the future performance of Your Daily Bread's methodology.
13. Forward-Looking Statements
The Content may contain forward-looking statements, projections, expectations, or opinions about market conditions, economic trends, or individual securities. These statements reflect current views based on available information at the time of publication and are subject to risks, uncertainties, and changes in circumstances. Your Daily Bread assumes no obligation to update or revise any forward-looking statements. These statements are not guarantees of future events or performance, and actual outcomes may differ materially.
14. Subscriber Assumption of Risk
You expressly acknowledge and agree that investing in securities and financial instruments involves substantial risk, including the risk of loss of your entire investment. You assume full and sole responsibility for any investment or trading decisions you make, and for any financial losses that may result. Your Daily Bread bears no responsibility or liability for any such losses, whether or not they were foreseeable or arose in connection with the Content.
15. Market Data and Third-Party Information
The Content may include market data, pricing information, financial statistics, technical indicators, or other information sourced from third-party data providers. Your Daily Bread does not own or control this data and provides no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness. This information is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party providers. Your Daily Bread shall not be liable for any claims arising from third-party data included in the Content.
Your Daily Bread's data providers do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data they supply, and Your Daily Bread's own representations regarding that data are limited accordingly.
16. Conflicts of Interest and Compensation Disclosure
Your Daily Bread does not accept compensation, in any form, from any company, fund, broker, or other entity in exchange for inclusion in, mention of, or favorable coverage within the Content. The selection of stocks, indices, and other instruments featured in the daily report is determined solely by the analytical methodology and is not influenced by external compensation.
The owners and operators of Your Daily Bread may, from time to time, hold personal positions in securities discussed in the Content. Any such positions are held for personal investment purposes and not in connection with the publication of the Content. Your Daily Bread does not engage in scalping, pump-and-dump, or other practices that would create a conflict between the interests of subscribers and the interests of the publisher.
To the extent that Your Daily Bread participates in any affiliate or referral arrangement (for example, with brokerages, financial tools, or related services), such relationships are limited to legitimate operational partnerships and are not used to influence the analytical Content of the report. Material affiliate relationships will be disclosed where required by applicable law.
17. Intellectual Property
All Content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, charts, analysis, methodology, scoring systems, and software, is the property of Your Daily Bread or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Your Daily Bread grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the Content without prior written permission from Your Daily Bread. Forwarding, sharing, posting, or republishing reports or any portion of the Content to non-subscribers is prohibited.
If you believe any content on the Services infringes your intellectual property rights, or that Content displayed about a security is materially inaccurate, contact us at headchef@yourdailybread.ai with a description of the issue, and we will review it promptly.
18. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services in any manner that: (a) violates any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringes the rights of any third party; (c) interferes with the operation of the Services; (d) attempts to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network; or (e) involves automated scraping, harvesting, indexing, or extraction of the Content by any robot, spider, crawler, or similar tool, whether for competitive benchmarking, training of artificial intelligence systems, or any other purpose, without prior written consent from Your Daily Bread.
19. Limitation of Liability and Time Limitation on Claims
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOUR DAILY BREAD, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE CONTENT OR THE SERVICES; (B) ANY INVESTMENT, TRADING, OR FINANCIAL DECISION MADE IN RELIANCE ON THE CONTENT; (C) ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, CAPITAL, SAVINGS, DATA, OR OTHER FINANCIAL LOSS; (D) ANY INACCURACY, DELAY, INTERRUPTION, OR OMISSION IN THE CONTENT; OR (E) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATED TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF YOUR DAILY BREAD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICES IS TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW, YOUR DAILY BREAD'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY YOU TO YOUR DAILY BREAD IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (II) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Unless applicable law requires a longer period, any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be commenced within six (6) months after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) gross negligence or willful misconduct; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Your Daily Bread and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Services or the Content; (b) any investment or financial decision made based on the Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
21. Force Majeure
Your Daily Bread shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance arising out of or relating to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God; natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, severe weather); pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies; war, terrorism, civil unrest, or government action; cyberattacks, denial-of-service attacks, or unauthorized intrusions; failures of internet infrastructure, telecommunications, electrical power, or third-party platforms (including Shopify, payment processors, email service providers, and market data providers); failures of third-party data feeds or analytical services; labor disputes; or any other event of force majeure (collectively, "Force Majeure Events"). In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Your Daily Bread's performance obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event, and Your Daily Bread shall use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.
22. Termination
Your Daily Bread may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Content immediately ceases. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including those identified in Section 25 (General Provisions).
23. Modifications to These Terms
Your Daily Bread may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes, notice may also be provided by email or by an in-Service notification. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and cancel your subscription.
24. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO BRING A LAWSUIT IN COURT, YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, AND YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Binding Individual Arbitration. Except as expressly set forth below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or your subscription (each a "Dispute") shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq., governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding, with very limited rights of appeal as permitted by law. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
What This Means for You (Plain English). By agreeing to arbitration, you and Your Daily Bread are giving up the following rights: (a) the right to bring a claim in court before a judge or jury; (b) the right to a jury trial; (c) the right to participate in a class action or other representative proceeding; and (d) certain rights of appeal that would otherwise apply to a court decision. In exchange, both parties get a faster, more private dispute-resolution process. The arbitration is conducted by a neutral arbitrator, not a court.
Class Action Waiver. You and Your Daily Bread agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of multiple parties or preside over any form of class proceeding.
Location and Cost. Any arbitration shall take place in Georgia, United States, unless both parties agree to a different location in writing or unless the AAA determines that requiring you to travel to Georgia would impose an undue hardship, in which case the arbitration may be conducted by telephone, videoconference, or in your home jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees and costs, except that Your Daily Bread shall pay all AAA filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees that exceed the amount you would have paid in filing fees to bring the same claim in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Exceptions. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Georgia to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights or to enforce confidentiality obligations. Either party may also bring qualifying claims in small claims court if the claim falls within that court's jurisdiction.
30-Day Right to Opt Out of Arbitration. You may opt out of the binding arbitration and class action waiver provisions of this Section 24 by sending written notice of your decision to opt out to headchef@yourdailybread.ai within thirty (30) days of the date you first accept these Terms. The notice must include your full name, the email address associated with your subscription, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration agreement. If you opt out, the rest of these Terms continue to apply, but disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you and Your Daily Bread consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Opting out has no effect on any prior accepted version of these Terms.
Jury Trial Waiver. If for any reason a Dispute proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and Your Daily Bread each knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a jury trial.
Non-U.S. Subscribers. If you are located outside the United States, you expressly agree that this arbitration provision applies to you regardless of any conflicting consumer protection or dispute resolution laws in your jurisdiction, and you waive any right to bring claims in courts located in your jurisdiction (other than as expressly permitted by this Section 24).
25. General Provisions
Consent to Electronic Communications. Because Your Daily Bread operates online, you consent to receive all communications, notices, agreements, disclosures, and other documents from Your Daily Bread electronically, including by email to the address associated with your account or by posting on the Your Daily Bread website. You agree that all such electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You may withdraw this consent only by canceling your subscription and discontinuing use of the Services.
No Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Your Daily Bread. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision is void. Your Daily Bread may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or corporate reorganization.
Survival. Sections that by their nature should survive termination of these Terms shall survive, including without limitation Sections 6 (Refunds; 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee), 7 (Educational Content Only), 7A (Errors and Corrections), 8 (Methodology and Automated Analysis), 9 (No Reliance), 10 (Your Stocks and Industry Groups), 11 (No Guarantee of Accuracy), 14 (Subscriber Assumption of Risk), 16 (Conflicts of Interest), 17 (Intellectual Property), 19 (Limitation of Liability and Time Limitation on Claims), 20 (Indemnification), 21 (Force Majeure), 24 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution), and 25 (General Provisions).
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Subscription Cancellation Policy, the Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Your Daily Bread regarding the Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements.
No Waiver. The failure of Your Daily Bread to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
26. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the Contact page or to headchef@yourdailybread.ai.
